“ Amazing location, service and food! We had reserved a terrace spot (£1.50 per person). Food was delicious and incredibly cheap compared to Madrid or Barcelona. Staff took really good care of us, my wife and I wanted something really spicy so they even offered spicy chillies and hot Tikka sauce with our food. ”
“ Great food - service was very friendly and professional. Hard to park nearby but that’s the old city for you. Lots of stairs to climb so be ready for that. Highly recommend ”
“ The best part beside the food quality and flavors, undoubtedly the service of the waiters. From the beginning to the end, sharing smiles and experiences, first time with Indian gastronomy and not the last one. Recommendations absolutely succeed. Awards well deserved. ”
“ It was my second time here and I highly recommend it! We didn't have a reservation so we had to wait for 30 min' ish however we didn't mind as we went for a beautiful walk around the restaurant. The food was outstanding! We really enjoyed the recommendations the waiter suggested to us. Very good service and atmosphere! We will definitely be back soon! ”
“ It was our first visit to the Crown of India last night and it was a great experience. We hadn't booked and so were very lucky to get the last table for two on the upper terrace. We opted for the set menu at €29 which we thought was great value, considering the quality of the food which was really delicious. But what really made the evening special was the excellent service we received from the staff, who were so friendly and helpful. One particular member of staff, called Pal I think, suggested we move to a better table which had become free after our starters, which was much appreciated! Thanks to the Crown of India for such a great evening. Your obvious success is well deserved! ”
“ Expectations where modest but oh my I was so surprised! The food is amazing, it’s so good! The staff is so nice and friendly. We sat at the rooftop and the view up there is spectacular! Now I understand why my girlfriend’s family has come here every time for 10 years. Make sure to finish off your dinner with the pistachio ice cream, it’s insane! ”
“ We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. However, it's difficult to get a table at the terrace, so make sure to reserve plenty of time in advance (we tried to reserve a week upfront and it was only possible inside or at the VIP table). The VIP table is a bit of a splurge since there is a minimum spend, but it was a unique experience. The views are phenomenal and service was exceptional. Regarding the food, the starters were not our favorites, since the paneer pakora was a bit bland and the lamb samosa was a bit dry. However, the curry was one of the bests I've ever had! Unfortunately they had run out of the cheesecake so we had the chocolate cake for dessert which was okay. Overall, I would definitely come back for the curry and for the views and can wholeheartedly recommend! ”
“ This is a truely special place with great service, delicious food and a stunning view! I can recommend to reserve a table on the terrace! I hope one day l can return ”
